line the nail up with your cuticle, apply at a downward angle, and press firmly for 30 seconds. hold longer than feels necessary.

taking them off
step 1
soak nails in warm water for 10 minutes, or until the adhesive loosens.

peel gently from the side — never force it.

roll off any leftover jelly residue.
