no. you'll lightly buff your natural nails during prep, but this doesn't hurt them — and jelly stickers mean no glue and no acetone soak-off. removal is just warm water.

can i shower or swim in them?

avoid water for the first hour while the adhesive sets. after that, showers are fine. long soaks (baths, pools, dishes) will shorten wear time.

we don't refund orders. there's a single exception: if we owe you a replacement and that set has sold out, we can't send you the thing we owe you — so you get your money back. points earned on a refunded order are revoked.

how do gifts work?

you claim your gift yourself from your account — nothing is sent automatically. once claimed, the date is recorded and that gift is used up for the year. gifts ship with an order, never on their own.
